Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team of Solutions Architects focusing on enterprise software and data analytics
- Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth and enhance customer success
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs
- Build relationships across the company to support team and customer success
- Ensure the team stays current with the technology stack
- Promote continuous learning for the team to deliver comprehensive customer solutions
- Guide teams through technical validations and product demonstrations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in data with experience in technical products like data warehousing or big data
- Proven experience leading pre-sales technical teams
- Ability to influence complex architecture discussions
- Experience fostering partnerships with SIs and ISVs
- Strong understanding of consumption-driven business models
- Experience in hiring and developing high-caliber talent
- Technical proficiency to earn the trust of engineering leadership
