About the role

To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or midsize volume facility/Station. The role ensures maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure, and cost-effective operation. Responsibilities include all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations, as well as overall safety, security, quality, performance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control operations within the Ramp or midsize volume facility/Station.
• Ensure maximum service to customers while maintaining safety, security, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee budgetary, people development, and operational objectives for Station and Ramp operations.
• Manage overall safety, security, quality, performance, and customer experience of operations.
• Perform any other assigned tasks, meet mandatory test and training thresholds, and work in a Windows environment.
• Complete periodic training and maintain annual accreditations if applicable.
• Work various shifts as required by operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
• Four (4) years of business experience, including two (2) years in direct management of employees and operational leadership.
• The two (2) years of direct management experience must be within the past four (4) years.
• Must possess a valid G license and have a good driving record (no more than two infractions and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to application).
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required for positions in Quebec.
• For roles requiring driving as a core competency, candidates will be evaluated based on their annual driving record, interview performance, and results from administered driving assessments.
