About the Role

The Sr. Manager, EHS & Facilities serves as the single-site leader and accountable owner for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Facilities. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership to protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain facility and equipment reliability, and enable safe, efficient business operations. The Sr. Manager partners closely with the Director of Operations and site leadership to establish priorities, identify and mitigate risk, and drive measurable improvements in safety, facility performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
