  • Lead and mentor a team; own staffing, development, and delivery quality across engagements.
  • Contribute to practice assets, methodologies, and published thought leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must-Have Qualifications:
    • 12+ years in end-to-end supply chain transformation, including 7+ years in consulting/advisory leading multi-workstream programs.
    • Demonstrated business development track record: pipeline creation, deal shaping, revenue delivery in consulting.
    • Deep domain expertise: IBP, demand/supply planning, logistics, inventory optimization, supply chain performance management.
    • Designed and delivered Agentic AI solutions across the end-to-end Supply Chain ecosystem, driving measurable business value.
    • Led enterprise AI transformations, integrating Agentic AI, governance, adoption, and value realization frameworks.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
    • Executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate AI concepts into board-level business decisions.
    • Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.
  • Nice To Have:
    • Hands-on experience with at least one major planning/AI platform (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Ariba, Coupa) or equivalent.
    • Experience building alliances across supply chain, data, and AI platforms, translating ecosystem capabilities into differentiated client offerings and scalable solutions.
    • Drive AI governance: data/model governance, responsible AI adoption, and compliance with client and regulatory standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF where applicable).
    • Demonstrated contribution to thought leadership, asset development, or capability building within a consulting or advisory practice.
