Sr. Manager, E-Commerce Insights and Business Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager, E-Commerce Insights and Business Planning plays a crucial role in driving e-commerce performance and enabling our five grocery brands to predict and respond to evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic insights that drive decisions and enable growth
• Partner across teams and functions to develop recommendations to optimize capacity, calibrate the fulfillment network, maximize sales capture, and manage costs
• Enable the e-commerce insights and business planning team to answer business questions and support strategic decision-making
• Translate high-level direction, strategic questions, and overall strategy into a modeling and analysis approach
• Analyze company and external data to identify trends, gaps, and anomalies, and deliver executive recommendations
• Present strategic recommendations, modeling outputs, and analysis results to executive leadership and brand partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, and supply chain optimization
• Degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or similar field
• Core competencies in analyzing data, developing strategic narratives, managing projects, presenting to leadership, building relationships, and articulating complex concepts to executives and cross-functional teams
• Presentation skills with demonstrated success in bringing data and modeling insights to life and generating stakeholder buy-in through storytelling, strategic framework development, and advanced analysis
• Relationship skills, with the ability to forge trust and maintain ongoing communication with brand partners and cross-functional colleagues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets, structure analyses, dig into data at different levels of detail, and identify trends, gaps, and anomalies with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI (or equivalent)

At Ahold Delhaize USA, we offer a competitive salary range of $125,200 - $187,800, with final compensation decisions made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
