About the Role
Develop integrated sponsorship platforms and proposals for teams, leagues, rightsholders, and major brands. Serve as a central hub for idea generation and brand storytelling, working with sales teams to bring deals from introductory call to close. The ideal candidate will intuitively understand a brand’s objectives, identify authentic alignments, develop narratives, integrate impactful insights, customize comprehensive platforms, and oversee creative development of all deliverables. A comfort with copywriting and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, leadership, sales executives, creative services, analytics, and other key departments to manage and develop sales materials for every project.
- Lead the creative ideation process for properties and brand partners, developing customized sponsorship platforms and packages based on property characteristics and prospect priorities.
- Build narratives and storylines for corporate sales opportunities, structuring impactful presentations.
- Write, review, and proofread proposals, presentations, and other documents with extraordinary attention to detail, consistency, and grammar.
- Participate in client-facing meetings, business development pitches, and brand presentations as needed.
- Organize team workflows and timelines, managing priorities with team leaders.
- Identify new tools and efficiencies to optimize the quality and speed of materials developed for the sales team.
- Collaborate with team members at all levels, serving as an essential resource across the division.
- Invest in personal growth and development while mentoring peers and junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of direct, relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
- Experience managing individuals and inspiring their growth and development.
- Client-facing experience or a project management background is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Clear and effective copywriting and proofreading abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and exercise flexibility.
- Self-confidence in brainstorm organization and individual idea generation.
- Strong project management, organization, and administrative skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of sports and entertainment industries.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to tell a story through data.

- Flexibility to work nights and weekends if needed.
Pay
$90,000–$130,000 per year.
Benefits
Eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
This role can be based in either our New York or West Hollywood offices.
