About the role
As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management on the Digital Wealth Product Integrations team, you will help shape how Product and Offer Managers research, plan, prioritize, and deliver work with greater clarity, consistency, and impact. This role is designed for a product leader who can strengthen product practices at scale, coach teams through change, and build repeatable frameworks that improve how product work gets done across the organization.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Offer, Risk, Supervision, Compliance, and Technology teams to modernize ways of working, identify friction points, and support adoption of tools, playbooks, and practices that improve product execution. You will coach product teams, facilitate communities of practice, share lessons learned, and help create an environment where teams can make better decisions, adapt to change, and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and the business.
