Sr Manager, Digital Product

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Digital Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead digital product analysis and configuration efforts that shape the member experience across complex health plan workflows. You will own work from intake through testing and release, translating business needs into clear functional requirements, documentation, and executable delivery plans. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to improve content governance, streamline execution, and strengthen the quality and consistency of digital experiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$106,605 – $260,590 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests
• Manage work from intake through configuration, testing, and release
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and documentation
• Configure and maintain customizations for the member experience
• Author and govern content in Contentful and other systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners for effective delivery
• Lead testing and troubleshoot content and configuration issues
• Manage sprint-board assignments and delivery commitments
• Develop process documentation and governance standards
• Identify and implement process and tooling improvements

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product or configuration management with strong analytical and communication skills
• 5+ years leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital application customizations
• 3+ years developing functional requirements and process documentation
• 2+ years managing content in Contentful or similar systems
• Ability to work East Coast hours
