Responsibilities
- Lead execution of revenue marketing programs targeting pipeline creation
- Manage quarterly campaign plans to support growth goals
- Forecast and report on pipeline metrics, offering performance insights
- Partner with SDR teams for effective campaign execution
- Enhance measurement and reporting of campaign success
- Collaborate on technology execution to boost deal velocity
- Align Sales and Marketing strategies for efficient sales cycles
- Utilize data analytics to optimize marketing ROI
- Stay updated on market trends to inform campaign strategies
- Coincide with Product for accurate messaging and positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with 3+ years in revenue marketing leadership
- Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics
- Ability to lead and influence across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Product
- Hands-on, high ownership, and results-focused experience in enterprise retention and expansion strategies (a plus)
