Sr. Manager, CRM Operations

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a technical team in CRM operations
• Develop and enforce build and quality assurance standards across the team
• Run an agile project delivery cadence and prioritize team workload
• Own the product roadmap for the CRM platform and align capabilities with business priorities
• Manage end-to-end data delivery for marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Translate technical details for stakeholders with varying levels of understanding
• Resolve complex architectural and build challenges for the team

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including technical or solution architecture roles
• Experience leading a technical team including solution architects, developers, or QA professionals
• Expert knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and Marketing Cloud integration with Data Cloud
• Proven ability to handle complex data sources to ensure campaign data delivery
• Experience managing a product roadmap and aligning technical capabilities with business needs
• Strong skills in setting standards and implementing repeatable processes for team consistency

Pay

$98,000 – $155,000 annually
