Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement

For our client, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains.

About the role

You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efficiency initiatives to drive cost savings and service improvements
• Develop and manage a portfolio of efficiency projects, from identification to execution tracking
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms for initiative progress and risks
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reductions
• Influence cross-functionally to drive accountability and common goals across teams
• Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to address operational challenges and inefficiencies
• Create scalable processes and tools that enhance efficiency and drive cultural change

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Continuous Improvement
• Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, or high-growth global operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives
• Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, and cost-to-serve drivers
• Proven experience with cross-functional initiative management and financial impact tracking
• Exceptional analytical skills to convert complex data into insights and action plans
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies

Pay

$145,000 – $175,000 annually
