What You Will Be Doing

The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights – Operations (CI Ops) is responsible for enabling the effective, efficient, and consistent execution of the Consumer Insights function. This role focuses on insight operations, governance, tools, vendors, processes, and data infrastructure that support high-quality insight delivery across brands, categories, and regions. The role partners closely with Consumer Insights leaders, research vendors, Analytics, Procurement, and Finance to ensure insight work is scalable, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned to enterprise standards. This position plays a critical role in improving operational effectiveness while allowing Consumer Insights partners to focus on strategic insight generation. Additionally, the role will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise & Global Consumer Insights – working closely together to execute primary consumer research and fill gaps across the whole Helen of Troy portfolio – at both the enterprise and brand support level. This includes a mix of brands across both divisions: Home & Outdoor (OXO, Osprey, Hydro Flask) and Beauty & Wellness (Drybar, Hot Tools, PUR, etc.). The Senior Manager of Ops will be responsible for learning these categories and consumer types – in order to understand stakeholder research needs. This is a hybrid role between insights operations and research execution – requiring the ability to pivot based on current business needs.
