About the role
As the Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics, you will lead the operational center for Intuit’s compensation programs. This role is responsible for the strategic delivery and end-to-end execution of our compensation and recognition programs, ensuring they are market-competitive, data-driven, and delivered with precision and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of the annual global compensation planning cycle (including base, bonus, and equity allocation), ensuring 100% data integrity and on-time delivery across all regions.
- Transform market intelligence and data operations by leveraging AI and technology to automate routine tasks, creating capacity for the team to deliver proactive talent insights and competitive intelligence.
- Manage global market intelligence and survey participation across 7+ countries to ensure pay structures consistently align with our compensation philosophy and internal equity.
- Direct the global delivery of recognition programs, ensuring they are operationally seamless, data-integrated, and provide a frictionless experience for employees and managers.
- Partner with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure system readiness, budget alignment, and a cohesive "intelligence-to-action" system for all compensation programs.
- Develop compelling communications for leadership and managers to ensure rewards programs are transparent, understood, and valued.
- Lead a unified team of compensation professionals, empowering the team to act as strategic partners focused on predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR operations in a global environment.
- Proven success leading large-scale program execution and recognition programs.
- Strong understanding of Workday Compensation modules and a passion for using AI and automation to evolve legacy processes into a high-performance, scalable global operation.
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
Note: This role focuses on broad-based cash, recognition, and the operational allocation of annual equity; equity strategy, design, and executive compensation are managed by a separate partner team.
