Responsibilities

  • Lead design and administration of compensation programs
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on position evaluations
  • Manage annual compensation cycles including merit and promotions
  • Provide thought leadership on compensation program assessments
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations
  • Develop job descriptions and maintain job classifications
  • Advise HR and leaders on compensation policies and practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including 2+ years in leadership
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and market pricing
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with wage laws, pay equity regulations, and FLSA standards

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience.
