About the role

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy to lead Dungeons & Dragons' growth in North America. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and a passion for games.

Responsibilities

  • Lead North America commercial strategy and annual planning for Dungeons & Dragons, setting revenue and margin targets and ensuring they are met.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in various channels and retailers.
  • Work with Trade Marketing to define how Dungeons & Dragons presents itself in retail spaces, including fixture strategy and product positioning.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise teams to bring new products and initiatives to market and address any issues that arise.
  • Monitor performance regularly using metrics and provide feedback to improve strategies.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in commercial strategy, category management, or business planning, preferably in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, games, or entertainment.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, able to make informed recommendations even when facing competing priorities.
  • Experience developing channel strategies and account plans across assortment, pricing, promotion, merchandising, and retail calendar planning.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
  • A strong passion for games, particularly Dungeons & Dragons, is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 to $180,700.00, with the actual range varying based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and market conditions.
