Sr Manager, Commerce Strategy (Remote)
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide what constitutes a list. Responsibilities are a list of bullet-like sentences starting with verbs. Should be
- . Similarly About You essentials list is a list of bullet points; we can make
- . Benefits list also.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with no content.
Let's extract content.
First, remove boilerplate at start: "Please note that we will never request payment..." etc. Also "As we continue to grow our teams..." etc. Also "While Monks may contact potential candidates via LinkedIn..." etc. Also later "At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment..." that's part of About You? Actually that appears after About You? It appears after "Occasional travel required." Then a paragraph about diversity. That's part of About You? It's more general EEO statement; we should remove as boilerplate (equal-opportunity). The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should cut that paragraph.
Also later "About Monks Monks is the global, digital-first..." appears after Benefits and before final EEO. That's a duplicate of earlier About Monks? It's more detailed. We need to preserve substantive information; but we already have About Monks earlier. This second About Monks is more detailed about achievements. Should we include? It's substantive. The earlier About Monks paragraph: "Monks is a new kind of agency, built from the ground up by award-winning creatives, top data scientists and cutting-edge media people willing to defect from the old agency model to create smarter work. Challenging convention, we bridge the gap between meaningful storytelling, data-led optimization and commerce. A spirit of curiosity, relentless creativity and data-informed decision making define our culture and people."
The later About Monks includes more details about being global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc, legacy, Monks.Flow, accolades. That's substantive and not duplicated. So we should include that as part of About Monks section, maybe combine both paragraphs.
We need to avoid duplication; we can merge.
Now About Commerce Strategy: paragraph about team helps clients win on Amazon etc. Keep.
About The Role: paragraph describing Sr Manager, Commerce Strategy leads day-to-day commerce relationship etc. Keep.
Responsibilities: list of bullet points after "Responsibilities:" colon. We'll extract each line.
About You: The essentials list after "About You". Then after that list there is "Occasional travel required." Then the diversity paragraph (to remove). Also there is "At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment..." which is EEO; remove. Also later "We are an equal-opportunity employer..." remove.
Benefits: list after "Benefits What We Offer". We'll extract each bullet.
Pay: Salary Range: $80,000—$90,000 USD. Also note about compensation range etc. We should include that as Pay section.
Schedule: Return to Office (RTO) policy paragraph. Include as Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time." That's substantive.

Pay
Salary Range: $80,000—$90,000 USD. Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Now we need to include About Monks content.
First paragraph: "Monks is a new kind of agency, built from the ground up by award-winning creatives, top data scientists and cutting-edge media people willing to defect from the old agency model to create smarter work. Challenging convention, we bridge the gap between meaningful storytelling, data-led optimization and commerce.
