About the role

This role is a high-leverage seat at Talkiatry, a mental health company transforming care by making psychiatry more accessible and sustainable. The Senior Manager, Clinical Platforms will diagnose where operations and workflows break, design and ship fixes, and drive adoption across the practice.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose where operations and workflows break
• Translate anecdotal friction into structured problem statements with quantified ROI
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to pick the highest-impact bets
• Build EHR-enabled solutions to make clinicians faster, more accurate, and less burdened
• Evaluate and integrate external vendors, AI tools, and automation platforms
• Run initiatives from 0→1 and 1→scale
• Own adoption, not just launch
• Instrument for impact

Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years in operations, strategic programs, product management, or product operations at a scaling or post-scale company
• Strong collaboration with technical partners
• Empathy for providers and clinical teams
• Strong systems thinking
• High Tech Fluency
• Self-starter with a “builder” mindset
• Analytical depth
• Ownership track record
• Execution in ambiguity
