Sr. Manager, Business Analytics and Automation

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation
• 2+ years managing technical teams
• Proven success in developing enterprise data strategies
• Experience with data governance and quality management practices

Pay

$105,100 – $231,100 annually
