What You Will Do
- Revenue & Operational Analytics: Lead subscription member reporting and analytics to drive strategies that maximize revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop predictive models that identify retention drivers and high-value opportunities across the member lifecycle.
- Analyze labor and operating expenses to identify efficiency opportunities and drive cost-optimization initiatives across the business.
Data Management & Business Intelligence
- Oversee the development, governance, and enhancement of dashboards and analytics tools that empower field and headquarters leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data.
- Drive adoption of BI platforms to automate reporting, streamline insights delivery, and enable advanced analytics capabilities.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead development of financial models, forecasts, and profitability analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Present concise, actionable insights to senior leadership to influence decision-making.
- Build effective cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Operations, IT, and other key stakeholders.
