About the role
Partner with OCG leadership and large customer account teams to provide analytics and insights that drive accelerated business growth. Aggregate data and insights from supply chain, product management, sales ops, finance and order management to build customer-specific performance metrics, identify account growth opportunities, and support strategic and operational-improvement projects. Analyze trends, develop insights and provide actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
What You Will Do
- Provide analytics support for internal performance improvement and investment projects, bringing structured business analysis and insight to shape recommendations.
- Define and track KPIs across the full quote-to-shipment cycle: quote win rate/cycle time, order-to-ship performance, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, pulling data from cross-functional groups that own each part of the process.
- Prepare QBR packages for large accounts by pulling relevant metrics (volume trends, forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, design-win pipeline, share-of-wallet) and packaging them into a clear narrative for account teams and leadership.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting for leadership as strategic questions arise.
- Manage and prioritize multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Analyze customer and product trends to support portfolio and demand-planning discussions with product management.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts through data-driven analysis by surfacing white space by product family, usage patterns, and account trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor customer service and engagement for improved customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in business analysis, consulting, sales operations, FP&A analytics, or a similar role.
- Solid Excel and dashboarding skills (Power BI/Tableau or equivalent) and ability to work with large datasets to support analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging CRM, ERP, CPQ, or similar commercial systems and translating data into business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
What Will Put You Ahead
- Structured problem-solving approach with the ability to break an ambiguous business question into a clear hypothesis and a defensible, insight-driven answer.
- Experience working in manufacturing companies, preferably in optical connectivity, electronics, or interconnect solutions.
- Exposure to SQL and Python for creating recurring reports.
- Experience supporting account teams, QBR prep, or performance-improvement projects in a B2B/industrial setting.
Pay
Anticipated annual pay range: $140,000 – $180,000. Eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Actual amount may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
