Sr. Manager, Enterprise Analytics

About the Role

This role leads advanced data analysis and predictive modeling to drive strategic business decisions and enhance operational effectiveness. Develops insights from complex datasets, aligning data science initiatives with business objectives. The position is pivotal in shaping data-driven strategies and ensuring the execution of operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and service teams to identify data-driven inquiries and design appropriate analytical experiments.
• Lead the coding and development of software for integrating and cleansing large datasets from varied sources.
• Apply statistical methods and advanced analytics to large data sets for actionable insights and model creation.
• Manage the analysis of historical patterns in customer behavior and product performance to inform business strategies.
• Develop predictive models based on historical data to forecast customer behavior and support operational planning.
• Construct strategic recommendations from data science techniques applied to business data.
• Research and integrate emerging data science principles and techniques to enhance business decisions.
• Create and oversee presentations that communicate the methodology and results of data analyses.
• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
