What You'll Do
- Own sales targets across Madelinetosh, Dream in Color, Berroco, and Berroco's partner brands, using data to track performance and adjust course.
- Manage our Sales Support and Marketing team, working closely with Sales Operations to deliver a great experience for reps and clients alike.
- Help set and manage pricing strategy across our wholesale brands.
- Own newsletter content and build the sales collateral our independent reps rely on.
- Build out product bundles reps can bring to in-person meetings, so they have what they need to sell.
- Design and run promotions that drive rep engagement and sell-through with wholesale accounts.
- Be the product knowledge expert our reps turn to first.
- Travel regularly to Texas to visit our warehouse and see the product firsthand.
- Find better ways to run our sales support and marketing processes, and put them into practice.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in the yarn, fiber, or craft industry.
- A background in B2B or wholesale sales.
- Strong people management skills.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort setting pricing and promotional strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
