Sr. Manager/ Associate Director - Engagement Lead (Pharma/Lifesciences)

We are looking for a strategic and driven Engagement Manager to lead high-impact analytics consulting engagements for top-tier clients across the Pharma /Lifesciences. RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiativesStrategic Translation: Act as the bridge between business and technology by translating complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutionsStakeholder Management: Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiencesCross-Functional Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality project executionAccount Growth & Business Development: Proactively "mine the account" by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client footprint to drive sustained account growth Requirements 10-16 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in data analyticsAbility to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client's team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approachExperience working within Pharma/Life SciencesStrong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project deliveryDemonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansionAbility to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processesGraduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience Benefits Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
