Sr Manager/Associate Director - Analytics Consulting (Pharma/LifeScience)

Responsibilities

• Engage in a consultative discussion with Commercial stakeholders and help shape the roadmap for commercial data, analytics, launch enablement, and AI-driven use cases across different markets.
• Work hands-on with SQL for Analytical Requirement Document (ARD) design and development.
• Apply data modelling and data warehousing concepts to support scalable analytics solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven analytical solutions.
• Engage directly with clients, clearly articulating insights and recommendations.
• Manage, mentor, and guide an offshore delivery team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in analytics or a related field, with a strong pharma commercial analytics background.
• Strong commercial pharma with oncology experience, agentic AI/ AI/ ML Exposure, Client Executive/ Stakeholder Mgmt.
• Able to work with business + DTE/platform teams, Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of commercial data ecosystems.
• Someone who can help define roadmap/use cases, not just execute tasks.
• Specialty/Rare disease pharma exposure, familiarity with Snowflake and modern data platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
