Sr. Manager, AI Adoption & Enablement Strategy

Responsibilities

• Assess learner capabilities and needs through direct engagement and data analysis
• Develop targeted strategies and solutions to enhance workforce competence
• Collaborate with design and technology teams to implement effective learning solutions
• Create and validate learning plans tailored to specific job roles
• Maintain communication with business partners to influence decisions and address concerns

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in AI adoption or change management initiatives
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs across different departments
• Strong understanding of AI enablement and organizational readiness
• Experience in developing communication plans and enablement strategies
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for senior leadership
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree preferred
