About the role

The Senior Manager, Ad Sales Brand Marketing, Entertainment will manage the development of strategic go-to-market materials, B2B marketing campaigns, client experiences, and portfolio initiatives that position FOX Entertainment in the marketplace. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role helps drive a consistent marketplace presence by aligning trade marketing efforts with key programming moments, premieres, talent announcements, and major industry events throughout the year, ensuring FOX Entertainment remains top of mind with advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that align with key programming milestones, including premieres, finales, talent announcements, acquisitions, and other tentpole moments—to create year-round marketplace visibility and advertiser engagement
  • Support the development and execution of annual marketplace and FOX Advertising Portfolio marketing initiatives—including the Upfront, CES, Cannes, and other strategic industry events—while ensuring Entertainment messaging is aligned with key programming milestones and business priorities
  • Partner across Sales, Research, Consumer Marketing, Programming, Branded Content, Design, and Corporate Communications to develop strategic positioning, insight-driven sales narratives, and the marketing materials that bring them to life
  • Support the development and execution of bespoke client experiences, sales events, and industry activations to strengthen marketplace positioning and deepen client engagement
  • Leverage syndicated and proprietary research to uncover audience insights that strengthen marketplace positioning and inform compelling sales stories
  • Develop and execute integrated trade marketing campaigns, client activations, and sales enablement initiatives that reinforce strategic priorities and elevate FOX Entertainment's presence in the advertising marketplace
  • Maintain organizational system of cloud-based sales materials for all properties and programs—manage programming updates, talent bios, and organize assets, ensuring all content and materials are updated with the latest logos, key art, programming dates, etc.
  • Curate content, maintain and ensure materials/assets are up to date on the FOX Portfolio Trade website, FOXAdvertising.com
  • Work closely with the senior leads in the department to support daily communication with internal and external parties, including Sales, Partnerships, Branded Content, Research, Production, Consumer Marketing, Distribution, Programming, Finance, vendors, clients and their respective agencies
  • Oversee timelines and budgets with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Qualifications

  • Experience in media developing B2B marketing campaigns, sales positioning, and integrated trade marketing initiatives; an interest in pop culture and entertainment marketing a plus
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate research and business priorities into compelling sales narratives
  • Experience at an agency, media company, sales organization where the individual was responsible for supporting the team in presentation and promotion development
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent oral, written, proofreading and presentation skills; excellent comprehension and ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail; team player
  • Understanding of media ad sales process and marketing strategy, media buying and planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor to interface with multiple high level, key constituencies; ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships
  • Thorough knowledge and proven experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) including PowerPoint design skills
  • Knowledge of relevant syndicated and custom research tools (Nielsen, Ipsos Affluent Survey, comScore, etc.) and their application to the sales process a plus
  • Must be willing to submit to background investigation
  • Must be willing to work in New York City, NY
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

Pay

$92,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
