Sr Maintenance Technician- 2nd shift

Schedule

Monday- Friday, 2:30pm – 11:00pm

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions on manufacturing machinery, facility systems, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process systems, including motors, drives, pumps, valves, chains, and belts, to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Complete repairs in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records in Cardinal Health's CMMS system.
• Verify, revise, and update preventive maintenance procedures as required.
• Install, test, and support new equipment, upgrades, and validations while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
• Support product trials, testing, equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and maintenance activities in compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Absorb and distribute inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Cookbook, schedule, and direct activities for external contractors, trades personnel, and third-party vendors as needed.
• Perform other maintenance and machine-related duties as assigned.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and weekend coverage schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay

Anticipated hourly range: $25.95 per hour - $40.35 per hour (includes shift differential)
