Sr. Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage ambient and frozen customer accounts
• Supervise Junior Logistics Coordinators
• Process and verify customer orders and purchase orders
• Confirm shipments and invoice customers
• Cook and coordinate with manufacturing teams on freezer inventory
• Track and balance third-party warehouse inventory
• Schedule and manage FTL and LTL freight
• Invoice recurring storage fees
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email
• Resolve service issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Approve and dispute vendor invoices as needed
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Meet all order processing, receiving, and invoicing deadlines
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage as required
• Auxiliary with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of logistics, freight, or customer service experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Google Docs
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
