About the Role

We are seeking a Senior LoanIQ Integrations Product Owner/Business Analyst (PO/BA) with expertise in LoanIQ digital teams, Agile product BA experience, and hands-on knowledge of LoanIQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Loan accounting team workflows, techno-functional skills, SQL query abilities, LoanIQ data model knowledge, and API expertise.

Requirements

  • LoanIQ expertise: Strong product knowledge, ideally with experience on a conversion or implementation project.
  • Commercial lending domain knowledge: Understands underwriting, servicing, funding, accounting, and GL processes.
  • Conversion/implementation experience: Has implemented or migrated loans from AFS/AFS Vision or another core system into LoanIQ, including end-to-end process flows and gap analysis.
  • Blended PO/BA/DA skillset: Experience writing user stories, working in Jira, partnering with development teams, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Data mapping: Experience mapping data from AFS to LoanIQ.
  • Strong SQL querying skills and understanding of the LoanIQ data model and APIs.
  • Bank background: Preferably from JPMC, BofA, Citi, US Bank, Morgan Stanley, or a similar large bank with LoanIQ integration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product area (integrations for LoanIQ conversion).
  • Write and manage user stories in Jira.
  • Prioritize work (without high-level product strategy or roadmap responsibilities).
  • Perform data mapping from AFS to LoanIQ, including onboarding data, KYC, tax, funding checks, and GL mappings.
  • Document process flows and controls (KYC, QC, tax, funding, GL).
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and LoanIQ functionality.
  • Work with technical teams to map data and integrations into LoanIQ.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for this product area during the conversion.
