Responsibilities
- Create and implement tailored customer journeys based on MSP maturity and product use
- Enhance customer value with automated adoption programs to reduce time-to-value
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to generate a marketing-driven expansion pipeline
- Establish programs based on product usage thresholds and renewal schedules to drive expansion and retention
- Produce consistent customer assets for renewal conversations, focusing on high-risk products
- Establish lifecycle KPIs to track and analyze customer engagement and renewal health
Qualifications
- 8+ years in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing, preferably in SaaS
- Experience developing data-driven programs to boost adoption, retention, or expansion
- Strong copywriting abilities for creating customer-facing, value-focused material
- Excellent collaboration skills with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing Management
- Familiarity with MSPs or IT operations, including cybersecurity or B2B infrastructure tools (advantageous)
