Responsibilities

  • Create and implement tailored customer journeys based on MSP maturity and product use
  • Enhance customer value with automated adoption programs to reduce time-to-value
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to generate a marketing-driven expansion pipeline
  • Establish programs based on product usage thresholds and renewal schedules to drive expansion and retention
  • Produce consistent customer assets for renewal conversations, focusing on high-risk products
  • Establish lifecycle KPIs to track and analyze customer engagement and renewal health

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience developing data-driven programs to boost adoption, retention, or expansion
  • Strong copywriting abilities for creating customer-facing, value-focused material
  • Excellent collaboration skills with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing Management
  • Familiarity with MSPs or IT operations, including cybersecurity or B2B infrastructure tools (advantageous)
