Sr. Leasing Professional - Flex Team
Job Description
The Greystar Flex Team is a specialized group that supports Greystar's communities in the greater Portland area. This role involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
- Greets and qualifies prospects, conducts community tours, processes applications, and performs credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepares lease and move-in packages, ensures smooth move-ins, and inspects apartments for move-in readiness.
- Stays informed about market conditions, develops and implements marketing plans, and follows policies regarding concessions and special programs.
- Uses on-site property management software to track availability, record activities, and manage resident data.
- Maintains show units and amenities, communicates maintenance needs to the maintenance team, and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
- Follows up with prospects and new residents, sends thank-you notes, and makes calls to finalize lease signings and renewals.
- Executes lease renewal activities, prepares renewal letters and packages, and meets with renewing residents.
- Responds to resident and client inquiries, takes prompt action to solve problems, and documents and conveys resident requests.
- Acts as the first point of contact for questions and escalations, mentors and trains Leasing Professionals, and leads lease file audits.
Additional Compensation
Many factors determine employee pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location. Onsite positions may also participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
