Leasing Professional
About the role
The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 is responsible for generating leases, delivering an exceptional prospect experience, supporting resident satisfaction, and helping the community achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents
- Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs
- Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and community policies
- Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely
- Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system
- Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs
- Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion
- Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths
- Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies
- Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to work weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing practices
- Experience with CRM, OneSite, Yardi, Entrata, or similar systems
Communication Skills
- Leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective and current residents
- Professional telephone, email, and in-person communication skills
- Effective sales presentation and closing communication abilities
- Able to actively listen and identify prospect needs
- Strong follow-up and organizational communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Professional conflict resolution and service recovery skills
Technology Skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to learn and use property management and CRM systems
- Ability to manage digital guest cards, applications, and leasing documentation
- Familiarity with online leasing, scheduling, and communication platforms
- Basic understanding of social media platforms for community marketing purposes
- Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and standard office equipment effectively
Physical/Work Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, touring, and desk work
- May require Saturday or weekend availability
- Must maintain professional appearance and strong resident-facing presence

Schedule
Full-time position with flexible schedule to accommodate property needs.

401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate.
Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year.
Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child.
Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
