Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Show apartments to prospective residents
- Completing the processing of all applications
- Making presentations about the property
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining general office files
- Aiding in maintenance of work order system
- Keeping the apartment condition and status information current
- Treating all guests in a kind, courteous, and professional manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Always striving to exceed guests' expectations
- Assisting in other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Prior leasing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of fair housing laws
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Some college coursework preferred in marketing and/or general business studies or at least 1 year of sales experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Physical Requirements
- Constant use of manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills and gross motor skills
- Frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, squat, kneel, push and pull
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive movements including simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
- Occasional sitting, frequent walking, standing and climbing stairs
