Sr Leader - Buying Program Strategy & Design Hybrid

The Buying Program Growth and Acceleration team is at the forefront of transforming how Cisco delivers value to customers, partners, and sales teams. This multifaceted group designs best-in-class buying programs that drive recurring revenue growth and streamline customer experiences. As a critical force behind Cisco's growth strategy, this team is responsible for defining program requirements, driving offer development, and ensuring scalability across Cisco's global ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Assess end-to-end workflow and drive optimization to enable AI workflow strategy and agentic enablement — define end-to-end use cases for agentic AI workflows across pre- and post-sale motions, reducing friction in the EA buying journey for Sales, Partners, and Operations teams.
- Own business requirements documentation — author and govern comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that translate buying program strategy into actionable specifications for product management teams.
- Enable scalable buying program business capabilities — assess and define the requirements for how customers purchase Cisco's AI solutions through Enterprise Agreements (EAs).
- Drive business model innovation — partner with cross-functional teams to enable new and emerging business models.
- Govern strategic roadmap and investment priorities — lead value-based prioritization of the roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with long-term vision and corporate strategy; advise executive sponsors on strategic and operational opportunities.
- Scale operations and data-driven insights — develop and continuously evolve standard operating processes; leverage data journey insights to close consumption gaps and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through Partner Led expansion motions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management or business consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI use cases that drive measurable business outcomes, such as efficiency improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements.
- Proficient in quote-to-cash processes, including experience optimizing or running workflows, systems, and integrations related to quoting, ordering, billing, and revenue recognition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with "As A Service" business models, including crafting, implementing, or managing subscription-based offerings, recurring revenue streams, or solutions.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), IT, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to back recommendations with data-driven insights.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $191,400.00 to $281,400.00 for new hires in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
Full salary ranges for specific locations:
- New York City Metro Area: $191,400.00 - $323,600.00
- Non-Metro New York State & Washington State: $176,100.00 - $287,900.00
For quota-based sales roles on Cisco’s sales plan, the ranges provided include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.

- Additional paid time away for critical or emergency family issues
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
- Annual bonuses for non-sales roles (subject to Cisco’s policies)
- For sales roles: Performance-based incentive pay split between quota and non-quota components, with specific rates based on revenue attainment.
