Sr. Lead UI/UX Designer - Activision

Player Profile

8+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design for digital products and platforms.
Promised experience leading complex UX/UI initiatives across web and/or mobile experiences.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX thinking, visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking.
Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies, accessibility, responsive design, and component-based systems.
Ability to independently lead projects and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Project Management teams.
Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
Passion for gaming and player-focused digital experiences preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced product organizations preferred.
