Sr Landscape Design Professional - San Francisco & Los Angeles

Responsibilities

• Works on a full range of assignments in the delivery of all project phases and construction administration
• Develops, modifies and reviews master plan reports, construction documents and specifications
• Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards
• Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects
• Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
• Performs benchmarking research on programming, comparable projects and images
• Affirms HOK document standards are met and archives documents appropriately
• May assist team in construction administration document management
• Displays working level understanding of HOK design process, marketing process and supports interview and proposal preparation
• Reads and understands Agreements to Work within budget, schedule, work plan and client constraints
• May mentor and direct the work of intern staff
• Actively promotes collaborative and innovative culture
• Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture plus 3 to 7 years’ experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required
• Master’s degree in landscape architecture or urban design may also be required
• LEED credential required within twelve months of employment

Pay

The reasonably expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
