Responsibilities
- Works on a full range of assignments in the delivery of all project phases and construction administration
- Develops, modifies and reviews master plan reports, construction documents and specifications
- Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards
- Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects
- Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
- Performs benchmarking research on programming, comparable projects and images
- Affirms HOK document standards are met and archives documents appropriately
- May assist team in construction administration document management
- Displays working level understanding of HOK design process, marketing process and supports interview and proposal preparation
- Reads and understands Agreements to Work within budget, schedule, work plan and client constraints
- May mentor and direct the work of intern staff
- Actively promotes collaborative and innovative culture
- Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture plus 3 to 7 years’ experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required
- Master’s degree in landscape architecture or urban design may also be required
- LEED credential required within twelve months of employment

Pay
The reasonably expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
