About the role
Join our team at Swedish Match North America LLC, a leading producer of smokeless tobacco products aiming to provide alternatives with a lower risk than smoking. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive business plans, enhancing customer relationships, and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for assigned customer groups to grow operating profits and revenues.
- Lead the strategic business plan to achieve region goals and objectives, focusing on distribution, merchandising execution, and category management.
- Utilize syndicated data to identify and mobilize resources for specific space dimension improvement goals.
- Manage and allocate local trade and promotional spending budgets to align with region guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend strategic change strategies based on business results.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to build growth opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
- Communicate with customer key decision-makers across all levels of the organization to establish preferred relationships.
- Assess and recommend improved strategies for customer accounts as needed.
- Create value-added customer and consumer strategies to support the sales mission of increasing operating earnings and revenue.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in key account responsibility preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consumer goods area.
- Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Good presentation development and delivery skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Licensed to work in the U.S.

Benefits
