Sr Key Account Manager
About the role
Join our team at Swedish Match North America LLC, a leading producer of smokeless tobacco products. As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing a strategic business plan to grow operating profits and revenue. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for assigned customer groups
- Lead and actualize a strategic business plan to grow operating profits and revenue
- Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify space dimension opportunities
- Assess and evaluate business results and recommend strategic change strategies if necessary
- Work with various class of trade accounts
- Develop value-added customer and consumer strategy to maximize sales mission
- Communicate effectively with customer's key decision-makers at all levels
- Review customer account and recommend improved strategies where needed
- Understand customer and consumer needs and provide value-added products
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in key account responsibility preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consumer goods area
- Proven ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Good presentation development and delivery skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Developed computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Likely to be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
