Sr. Java J2EE Tech Lead (Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Onsite JAVA/J2EE Technical Lead / Team Lead to lead Application Management Services (AMS) for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance environment. The role is responsible for providing technical, operational, and delivery leadership across production support, application maintenance, defect resolution, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring application stability, availability, performance, security, and adherence to agreed SLAs. The Technical Lead will serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and onsite/offshore delivery teams. The role will lead day-to-day L2/L3 support operations, prioritize work, coordinate incident and problem resolution, oversee application enhancements and releases, perform technical and code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java 8, Camel, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, Rest API
