Responsibilities

• Assists in overseeing and documenting all assigned day-to-day IT activities.
• Provides guidance and instruction to IT personnel in executing their assignments.
• Delivers second-level and advanced support for all systems, including software and hardware troubleshooting, problem determination, data analysis, and documentation.
• Installs new hardware such as personal computers, printers, servers, and phones.
• Installs and troubleshoots company-approved software and web applications using IT knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Ensures timely handling or escalation of service requests.
• Maintains supported systems, including running backups, editing system data, and generating reports.
• Captures and deploys standardized workstation configurations and maintains PCs to current configuration levels.
• Creates and maintains end-user accounts and permissions, providing desktop support.
• Educates users to reduce recurring issues by offering proactive solutions.
• Trains IT Technicians on various systems or processes as needed.
• Ensures confidentiality of property data and compliance with security regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Three to five years of work experience in information technology or a related field.
• Must obtain a valid gaming license, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• May be exposed to smoke when on the gaming floor.
