Responsibilities
- Assists in overseeing and documenting all assigned day-to-day IT activities.
- Provides guidance and instruction to IT personnel in executing their assignments.
- Delivers second-level and advanced support for all systems, including software and hardware troubleshooting, problem determination, data analysis, and documentation.
- Installs new hardware such as personal computers, printers, servers, and phones.
- Installs and troubleshoots company-approved software and web applications using IT knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Ensures timely handling or escalation of service requests.
- Maintains supported systems, including running backups, editing system data, and generating reports.
- Captures and deploys standardized workstation configurations and maintains PCs to current configuration levels.
- Creates and maintains end-user accounts and permissions, providing desktop support.
- Educates users to reduce recurring issues by offering proactive solutions.
- Trains IT Technicians on various systems or processes as needed.
- Ensures confidentiality of property data and compliance with security regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Three to five years of work experience in information technology or a related field.
- Must obtain a valid gaming license, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Pay
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
