In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership to shape hiring trends and explore how artificial intelligence can enhance recruitment processes. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholder engagement, requiring an executive presence and strong consensus-building skills. You will also bring creative, outside-the-box ideas to expand the capabilities of the internal talent acquisition team. This position is a hybrid, local role with a focus on strategic leadership and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of four recruiters, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.Partner with leadership to identify hiring trends and develop strategies to meet organizational talent needs.Analyze and incorporate AI trends and tools into recruitment workflows, acting as a “fast follower” in adopting new technologies.Develop creative recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top IT talent.Lead cross-functional collaboration to align hiring strategies with business objectives.Translate business needs into effective talent acquisition plans and processes.Support the integration of AI tools into recruiting platforms, ensuring flexibility in implementation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment operations and candidate experiences.Required Skills & Experience3-5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting leadership experience, preferably within enterprise or IT sectors.Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications in recruiting.Proven ability to manage and develop recruiting teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills.Exceptional communication, executive presence, and polished interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and strategize effectively in a fast-changing environment.High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Must be local to the area due to hybrid work requirements.Desired Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience working in technology or IT recruiting.Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools and platforms.Leadership experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Keywords: talent acquisition, recruiting leadership, AI recruitment, HR strategy, enterprise recruiting, IT hiring, HR technology, executive presence, hybrid work, recruiting managerWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
