The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation, and productivity. This team manages a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites, and over 12,000 employees, ensuring seamless operation of workspace and manufacturing facilities while providing employee and site services such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT System Analyst to join our GWS/Facilities Maintenance team. This role will focus on business process alignment, system analysis, and leading IT system and data solutions for facilities management and EH&S (Environment, Health, and Safety).
Responsibilities
- Work with various teams, stakeholders, and business owners to elicit requirements and align process changes.
- Drive integration and solution design across Cloud (AWS/Azure) platforms, incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI–based automation where applicable.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and processes.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with business and other stakeholders throughout various project phases.
- Configure application settings and user management of cloud applications.
- Take ownership of technical solutions from design, data integrations, data security, data access, and architecture perspectives to ensure the right direction.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Test enhancements and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Design API integrations with third-party tools.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Support Snowflake data ingestion, modeling, and performance optimization.
- Manage data quality, governance, and scalable pipelines across AWS/Azure Data Lake environments, ensuring secure and reliable data operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 6-8 years of experience (functional/business/system analyst) in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Facilities/Plant Maintenance Management.
- Experience designing and supporting EH&S and Facilities/Plant maintenance management platforms (e.g., Cority, Nuvolo, Procore, BMS, ACC, Onsolve).
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, develop functional specifications, and deliver reporting solutions from design through deployment.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation of current-state and future-state business processes.
- Experience in project management delivering end-to-end projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong time management and business-facing skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Ability to recommend innovative solutions maximizing new technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GWS Applications like Cority, Procore, On-solve, Oracle Primavera Cloud, MS SharePoint Portals, Genetec, Building Management Systems (Siemens), ServiceNow - Nuvolo, Autodesk Construction Cloud - Vault, and Everbridge (BCIC).
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Snowflake, Informatica, and Power BI.
- Experience adopting and implementing AI in the facilities maintenance domain.
Pay
Base pay range: $137,800.00 - $234,300.00 annually.
