We're seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance critical enterprise applications across a growing global organization in the industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors.This role is ideal for someone who thrives working directly with business stakeholders, translating operational needs into practical system solutions, and helping drive adoption of key ERP and project management tools.What You'll Do Partner with business and operations teams to understand and document system requirementsSupport, maintain, and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Primavera P6 applicationsServe as the primary liaison between IT and end users across plant and project environmentsTroubleshoot system issues, support testing efforts, and assist with configuration changesDeliver user training and support to non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate with ERP, project management, and operations teams on system improvementsParticipate in application upgrades, enhancements, and implementation initiativesTravel to plant sites to support system adoption, training, and issue resolution What You'll Need (Required) 1-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar roleExperience with SAP (Plant Maintenance preferred) and/or Primavera P6Background supporting ERP systems within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environmentsStrong requirements gathering and business process analysis skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical usersAbility to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams Nice to Have (Preferred) ERP integrations and cross-platform system supportCapital projects, plant builds, or project-based business environmentsAdditional SAP modules or related ERP platformsGreenfield implementations and large-scale system rollouts Logistics Travel: 25-30% (U.S., Canada, UK) EEO & AccommodationMojo Trek is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome.
