Sr IT Support

Our customer is hiring for an onsite position in Baltimore, MD.

About the role

This hands-on role is responsible for the administration of key IT platforms, endpoint support, and frontline technical troubleshooting. You’ll work within a small, close-knit team and have the opportunity to develop skills across a range of systems and technologies unique to a performing arts environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on endpoint support in a mixed Mac/Windows environment
• Perform sysadmin tasks: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows and macOS administration
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and TCP/IP networking at CompTIA A+ and Network+ level

Requirements

• Basic Linux command-line proficiency; Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience a plus
• Basic familiarity with an enterprise MDM platform (VMware Workspace One, Jamf, or Microsoft Intune preferred)

Pay

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour.

Schedule

Hybrid position based in Baltimore, MD. This is a Contract-to-Hire role.
