Sr IT Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert assistance.
• Manage team workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or an IT related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with IT systems – preferably Service Now, Azure, NextThink or other related IT systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

About the Role

As a Sr. IT Customer Support Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services, with a primary focus on elevating the customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and inspiring your team, driving them to exceed customer expectations and uphold our commitment to excellence. You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule, following the initial 90 days of on-site work.
