Sr. IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst (IT Labor)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Executes sourcing and procurement activities such as contract development, contract negotiation, contract approvals, and requisition processing.
• Covers all teams including legal, information security, risk domain, IT and Business Groups, and vendors to ensure all requirements, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
• Analyzes, structures, redlines, and negotiates contracts to ensure they are cost-effective, legally compliant, and meet customer needs.
• Facilitates cross-functional stakeholder meetings during the contracting process.
• Sets customer and vendor expectations while navigating the sourcing and negotiation processes.
• Collaborates with and supports other team members on their active deals.
• Updates contract data records and maintains data quality across all procurement systems. Audits contract data for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement process; contract negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with procurement systems (Coupa, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Negotiation skills; ability to influence others and gain commitment.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills; able to keep multiple deals progressing to successful conclusion in coordination with various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems, perform data analysis, and develop solutions.
• Mindset which is detail-oriented, quality-focused, deadline-driven, and rigorous. Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate-level Excel knowledge for data and cost analysis (Pivot tables, etc.)
• Ability to present information to meet varying audience needs.
