About the role
The Sr. IT Platform Manager defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization’s digital marketing technology ecosystem, including tools like CMS, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, AI, and chatbots. This role works across Marketing, Technology, Data, and Operations to ensure the MarTech stack delivers strong customer experiences, business value, and operational efficiency.
This position is based at our National Center in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Digital Solutions and Marketing ecosystem, such as CMS (SitecoreAI), CDP, marketing automation, search, Agentic AI, and Chat Bots – that aligns to business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize product needs on business value, customer outcomes, and partner with delivery teams on technical feasibility.
- Translate business needs into product requirements (features and user stories).
- Continue to evaluate new tools and capabilities (including AI and personalization technologies).
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a bridge between MarCom and Business Technology.
- Facilitate alignment across delivery teams, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- AI & Automation Strategy
- Evaluate AI-driven capabilities for Digital Solutions and Marketing ecosystem.
- Budget and Contracts
- Understanding of budget management and cost optimization.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track KPIs such as platform adoption, campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Drive and lead platform adoption and engagement (i.e., training plan, communications).
- Use data insights to advise product decisions and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
