Sr. IT Implementation Analyst

Description

The IT Implementation Analyst role is part of Smurfit Westrock's Consumer NA IT team. The primary responsibility is to deploy the ePS Packaging Suite software and related programs for production facilities. This role serves as a trusted partner, advisor, and thought leader on the future state technology landscape, including ERP and legacy systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of implementing systems or experience in process change management in an operational environment
• Working knowledge of systems and processes of the packaging industry is desirable
• Strong knowledge of ePS Packaging suite/Radius is preferred
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective leader of change
• Must be able to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in ERP systems are a plus.

Schedule
