Join a dynamic IT operations team supporting Windows servers, workstations, and privileged access technologies in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on endpoint security, automation, and process improvement while helping maintain reliable, secure operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server and workstation environments, including local user and group management, GPO settings, and access controls.
- Support privileged access and endpoint security operations, including onboarding accounts, managing safe configurations, and resolving platform issues.
- Troubleshoot password rotation failures, CPM-related errors, session connectivity issues, and account lockouts.
- Assist with endpoint security policy management, exclusions, and incident triage using relevant security tools.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to streamline routine tasks, reporting, health checks, and bulk account actions.
- Leverage APIs to support automation and integration workflows related to credential and account management.
- Create and maintain clear documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support audit activities when needed and keep procedures aligned with current platform changes.
- Communicate updates clearly, follow through on tickets and requests, and escalate issues when service levels may be affected.
- Track and manage operational work to ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT operations experience with a focus on Windows and/or privileged access management technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, including RDP access, local accounts, groups, GPOs, and IAM concepts.
- Experience administering Windows workstations and applying security-focused configuration practices.
- Working knowledge of privileged access and endpoint security tools, including CyberArk Privileged Cloud, CyberArk EPM, and CrowdStrike.
- Ability to troubleshoot access and platform issues, including password rotation, CPM failures, and session problems.
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and operational support.
- Familiarity with using APIs to automate processes and connect systems.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, useful process materials.
- Excellent communication skills with a responsive, organized, and service-oriented approach.
- Disciplined mindset for maintaining metrics, meeting deadlines, and closing work accurately and on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting privileged access platforms in a production environment.
- Background working with endpoint security operations and policy management.
- Exposure to audit support, compliance-related documentation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams and stakeholder groups.
- Comfort adapting to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $22 - $46 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
