About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our Service and Support department.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users across multiple platforms and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery through feedback and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of ITIL best practices.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of cloud computing services.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
